Daily Cuts - Proposed Good Samaritan Food Donation Bill

Authorities are proposing a new Good Samaritan Food Donation Bill that would provide guidelines for businesses on safety and hygiene standards for food donations. If passed, it will also protect such businesses from being prosecuted if consuming the donated food results in illness or death, so long as the safety conditions are met.
