According to a survey conducted by the Ministry of Social and Family Development on Nov 11, 2022, Singapore's rough sleeping population has shrunk by about 40 per cent. One group which deserves credit is the government's Partners Engaging and Empowering Rough Sleepers (PEERS) network.
