Daily Cuts - NYAA recipient helped young students prepare for PSLE English oral exam

299 youths were recognised on 12 January for their contributions to Singapore’s society.  Among them is Chia Kwan Hi, a medical student previously from River Valley High, who led a project to create an English-reading programme for underprivileged students from Princess Elizabeth Primary School to prepare them for their PSLE Oral Examination. He was a recipient of the National Youth Achievement Award Outstanding Gold Medal.
