Ukraine is warning of Russia’s plans to involve North Korea more directly in the war in the coming months, adding to earlier allegations of weapons being supplied to Moscow by Pyongyang. Meanwhile, murmurs of Vladimir Putin attending the upcoming G20 summit in Brazil have prompted calls for his arrest in line with the ICC’s warrant.
