Daily Cuts - Should you hit the snooze button?
A commentary on CNA.Asia called, ‘Hit the snooze button - it’s good for you’. But there are a lot of factors to good sleep. There's a study claiming there are real health benefits to be gained from sleeping in until 7am (at least). But Prof Michael Chee, Director of the Centre for Sleep and Cognition at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS says using the Snooze button says a lot about our quality of sleep.
