One such awardee is Rick Tan Yi Hong who will talk about co-authoring a research paper on drug abuse during his internship despite battling clinical depression and the loss of a loved one. The other awardee is Issac Loh who won the Promising Young Entrepreneur Award. Loh is the founder of RESSURACK a vintage/secondhand clothing store.
