It’s even worse for our seniors, who may suffer from depression or anxiety. Data from MOH shows that adults aged 60 to 74 years are the least willing to seek help compared to the rest of us. But a commentary out on CNA.Asia says there are ways to ensure seniors are given the right kind of mental health support.
