Daily Cuts - Recognised for her bravery at the Hotel Security Awards

Gahyathri Athavan, a customer service staff at Oasia Resort Sentosa, saw a man who was bleeding from the mouth, nose and face rushed into the hotel lobby. The victim was assaulted by a group of people at the driveway. Gahya immediately ran to the door to ensure that the group did not enter the lobby. While waiting for the arrival of SPF officers, they also attended to the victim, who happened to be a colleague from another department. Gahya was one of several hospitality professionals recognised at the Hotel Security Awards 2023.
