US President Joe Biden has urged Americans to back the billions of dollars in military aid that he plans to ask congress to approve for Israel and Ukraine. Speaking from the Oval Office, he framed the conflicts as part of a bigger struggle to shape the world order, and to protect citizens at home. Mr Biden also reiterated his full support for Israel. Gerald M.
