Melanie Oliveiro speaks with Singapore streetwear designer Mark Ong aka Mr Sabotage (SBTG) who’ll talk about his involvement at this year’s Sneaker Con SEA held at Resorts World Sentosa. Ong will talk about how he will design exclusive limited-edition Kintsugi Air Jordan 1 highs, crafted from vintage scarves and bandanas, embodying the artistry of Kintsugi, which is the Japanese process of repairing ceramics traditionally with lacquer and gold. Ong will also talk about how he is collaborating with RWS in designing 22 pairs of limited-edition sneakers for RWS as a commemoration of their partnership.
