Keeping our seniors healthy, both physically and mentally, is becoming more important, given Singapore’s rapidly-ageing society. But a recent CNA report found a glaring disparity between elderly men and women who participate in activities organised for them. One large community organisation that supports the elderly told us that men make up only 10 percent of its participants.
