Daily Cuts - Getting the Bronze medal at the Asian Games in Ningbo without a coach

The Hangzhou Asian Games ends this Sunday, 8 Oct and we’ve got 15 medals in total - 3 Golds, 6 Silver, 6 Bronze. Victoria Chan is Team Singapore’s Sailor. She clinched the bronze medal at the 2023 Asian Games in Ningbo, after finishing third in the ILCA 6. She did all of this without a coach, and she tells us how this works.

There's a study claiming there are real health benefits to be gained from sleeping in until 7am (at least). But Prof Michael Chee, Director of the Centre for Sleep and Cognition at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS says using the Snooze button says a lot about our quality of sleep.
