CHEF CLASSICS
The heart of any restaurant has to be its chefs. Paradise Group centres its restaurants around its talented kitchen leaders, and builds upon their experience with room for expression.
The inimitable vibes and flavours of Hong Kong are recreated with finesse at Canton Paradise, and it was by no sheer coincidence. CEO Eldwin Chua and his team of chefs personally dived into research in Shunde (reputed to be the birthplace of Cantonese cuisine), exemplifying the restaurant’s tenet to authenticity.
Over at Paradise Dynasty, the brand’s creative expression is seen in its Xiao Long Bao. The iconic soup dumplings come in a signature international platter, featuring flavours like luffa gourd, foie gras, black truffle, crab roe, cheese, garlic and Szechuan.
And to do justice to Teochew cuisine, executive chef Cheng Fa Kwan was roped in for his experience of over 35 years to create more than 100 Teochew-style signatures for Paradise Teochew. Must-try favourites include the Braised Sliced Irish Fat Duck, cooked over four hours with an air-flown special sauce from Hong Kong made from a master stock.

But if there’s a special occasion that calls for extra fine fare, Taste Paradise offers “Chinese cuisine with a difference”, such as the Baked Lamb Rack, a Cantonese classic livened up with a red wine reduction. Other signature dishes include Stir-fried Ramen with Lobster in XO Sauce, as well as XO Carrot Cake, which has garnered a longstanding stellar scoring with multiple food critics.

MAKE IT SOUP-ER
Soup makes everything better. And a nutritious one is all the more welcome.
Beauty in The Pot is exactly as the name suggests. The hotpot eatery offers broths rich in collagen and nourishing herbs, accompanied with an array of fresh and premium ingredients for a whole new hotpot dining experience.

Over at Paradise Hotpot, there are even more varieties to choose from. Thirteen different soup bases meet house-made or imported ingredients for the ultimate taste combination. As the items simmer in the rich broth, do remember to add in some in-house specialties – each tailored to a particular soup base.
A NOD TO NOODLES
Chef Wai's Braised Beef Noodles at LeNu.
Slurping up a bowl of hearty noodles is such a quintessential Asian food experience. Over at casual noodle restaurant LeNu, Chef Wai’s special homemade sauce has livened up its dry versions with its savoury flavours. Fans who love the soup can choose from a beef stock made over 18 hours from fresh marrow and bones, or a collagen-rich pork broth, slow-cooked for over 12 hours. Complete the meal with some refreshing appetisers, such as the Chilled Black Fungus with Minced Garlic or all-time favourite Chilled Silken Tofu with Century Egg.
Le Shrimp Ramen brings in some Japanese culture with its creamy broths. Enjoy silky la mian swimming in a shrimp broth or tonkotsu broth. The first rewards crustacean fans with the distinct aroma of fresh prawns, and the second is a collagen-rich soup brewed from pork bones.
