Rehabilitation and reintegration into the community are crucial steps in the journey to recovery for former drug users. In this regard, female drug users have specific needs, said NMP Razwana Begum Abdul Rahim. She asked how the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is addressing these needs and what part social services and the wider community can play to provide support and lower the rates of reoffending.
