Singapore authorities are coming down hard on e-vaporisers especially after the detection of etomidate in vapes, the key ingredient that causes zombie-like behaviours among users. The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has a new initiative ‘Bin the Vape’, which encourages vape users to dispose of their devices in any of the 24 bins across the island.
