CNA938 Rewind - Former Philippine president Duterte arrested after ICC issues warrant over his 'war on drugs'
Former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte is under custody after the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for crimes against humanity over the brutal drug war that defined his presidency.
