Alison Lim was in her fifties when she was diagnosed with a type of dementia called Primary Progressive Aphasia, which affects a person's speech. It created a drive within her to find out more about her condition and find ways to manage it. Alison and her daughter, Jamie Buitelaar, founded an organisation — Dementia & Co. — to support other individuals and families going through a similar journey. Alison and Jamie give us an insight into their journey and close relationship.
