Richard “Papa Rich” Wee a 70-year-old retiree and a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will talk about his journey from regional head of an MNC to a full time BJJ volunteer trainer at Evolve MMA. Tobbie Lee a 40-something project manager will talk about how she ended her love affair with Muay Thai when she fell in love with BJJ and then became world champion with a brown belt at the Las Vegas Championships in 2018, just a year before she finally earned her black belt.
