The Covid-19 pandemic has prompted many countries, including Singapore, to curtail international travel.
Widespread international travel is unlikely to resume until a vaccine is found.
Vaccines are still being tested and scientists estimate that it would be sometime next year before a vaccine could be made widely available.Â
The International Air Transport Association has also said that global passenger volumes will not return to pre-pandemic levels until 2024.
