Committee of Supply 2025 debate, Day 2: Gan Thiam Poh on innovation in Total Defence
Total Defence is a collective effort and it would be useful to tap on Singaporeans’ ideas and feedback to obtain a fresh and wide range of perspectives on how to defend Singapore, said MP Gan Thiam Poh in parliament on Monday (Mar 3).
