Since the OneNS web portal and mobile app were rolled out last year to streamline digital services for NSmen, have any enhancements been made and have NSmen been surveyed on its usefulness and effectiveness? MP Lim Biow Chuan asked about this in parliament on Monday (Mar 3). He wanted to know if OneNS can answer questions pre-enlistees might have, or be used to apply for deferment of NS training.
