Well-planned community areas are essential in creating dynamic and sustainable neighbourhoods, said MP Nadia Ahmad Samdin. Speaking in parliament on Tuesday (Mar 4), she noted the government’s plans to optimise state properties to better meet community needs and create greater social impact. She wanted to know the criteria used to evaluate which state properties should be redeveloped and the specific community needs that are taken into consideration.
