Malaysia's March CPI rises 1.4% y/y, below forecast

KUALA LUMPUR : Malaysia's consumer price index rose 1.4 per cent in March from a year earlier, government data showed on Wednesday.
The rise was less than the 1.6 per cent increase forecast in a Reuters poll of economists. In February, the index rose 1.5 per cent.
