OpenAI CEO says board will reject Musk's US$97 billion offer, the Information reports

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman told staff in a message that the company's board of directors intends to make clear it has no interest in Elon Musk's "supposed bid", the Information reported on Monday (Feb 10).
Earlier in the day, a consortium led by Musk offered US$97.4 billion to buy the nonprofit that controls OpenAI.
