SoftBank and Arm weigh acquiring Ampere Computing, Bloomberg reports

Japanese technology investor SoftBank Group Corp and its majority-owned Arm Holdings Plc are exploring a deal for Ampere Computing, a semiconductor firm headed by ex-Intel executives, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.
