LeVeL33 founder, Dr. Martin Bém, describes what diners can expect including house-brewed beers and live food stations. Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski will talk about his culinary creations: nine cacao-infused dishes like Chocolate Aged Wagyu Beef and Chocolate & Stout Char Siew.
