They can do so by reserving seats at LeVeL33 — the world’s highest urban microbrewery — which has joined forces with award-winning pastry chef, Janice Wong. LeVeL33 founder, Dr. Martin Bém, describes what diners can expect including house-brewed beers and live food stations. Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski will talk about his culinary creations: nine cacao-infused dishes like Chocolate Aged Wagyu Beef and Chocolate & Stout Char Siew.
