Singapore has been seeing a growing wave of businesses that are going belly up, with more being forced by the courts to shut. So far, 187 companies have been liquidated in 2025 – a jump from 146 in the same period last year and 95 in 2023. F&B, interior design and construction have been identified as the hardest hit industries.
