Called “Dreams of Santa Paws”, this festive, neon-lit installation is the creation of local artist Roy Wang. Wang will talk about how he came up with the idea featuring a cat caricature named Meowly. He’ll also highlight crowd pleasers like the Dreams of Santa Paws Merry-Go-Round, a six-metre high carousel.
