Kevin Lee, executive chef and Zacchary Ng, F&B consultant at Basq & Bean - an artisanal cafe serving Basque cheesecakes and specialty coffee, will describe what it’s like exploring various coffee plantations in Chiang Mai. They’ll recall what it was like examining the different coffee plants, meeting the plantation owners and how each farm showcased its own unique approach to coffee cultivation. Lee and Ng will then talk about the types of coffee beans they ordered from the various plantations and how they prepare the various types of coffee served at Basq & Bean.
