In ‘Made in SG’, Melanie Oliveiro speaks with three mixologists and why these women chose a career in F&B and bartending in Singapore. Shaina Yeh from MOGA, Raz Ng from Sugarhall and Natasha Valentine from ATLAS will talk about the trending drinks that prove popular in the current bar scene. All three will also discuss how they push creative boundaries to concoct new cocktails and alcoholic drinks using all manner of ingredients. Yeh, Ng and Valentine will describe how they have or are taking part in Diageo World Class - the largest and most respected bartending competition for bartenders. They’ll also talk about the hobbies that keep them creative like cooking and criminology.
