2024 has been designated as the Year of Public Hygiene. Minister of Sustainability and the Environment Grace Fu announced this in Parliament on Monday. At the same time, households in public housing to receive $300 dollars worth of 'climate' vouchers, to encourage them to buy energy or water saving appliances.
