There’s a new masterplan for Bayshore estate! National Development Minister Desmond Lee says Bayshore will yield 10,000 homes, 70% of which will be public housing. These estates will be walking distance to Bedok South and Bayshore MRT and it will be car-lite, with lots of walking and cycling paths. The first two BTO projects offering about 1,400 units will be launched in the second half of 2024. Dr Lee Nai Jia, Head of Real Estate Intelligence, Data and Software Solutions, PropertyGuru Group tells Arnold & Andrea how this compares with other BTO estates.
