Abba sent a cease-and-desist letter to John McCain when he used ‘take a chance on me’. Aerosmith did the same when Donald Trump used ‘Dream On’ during his campaigning. But we need to look ahead and be prepared for more sophisticated scamming tactics, like deepfakes!
