By age 16, Lim Yan Ling had been in and out of hospitals a number of times for depression and anxiety - the result of having been ostracized at school and at home in her growing up years. After nothing seemed to work, she decided at age 17 to take charge of her recovery journey. Today, she helps others who are seeking to improve their lives and emotional well being.
