COE prices close mixed at end of Sept 23 bidding exercise

SINGAPORE — Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices closed mixed at the end of the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (Sept 23).

Premiums for small cars (up to 1,600cc & 97kW) went up by 1.95 per cent to S$38,504.

Large cars (above 1,600cc or 97kW) saw premiums go down from S$41,510 in the previous bidding exercise to S$40,989.

Meanwhile, goods vehicles and buses saw COE prices go up by 7.3 per cent to S$28,589.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went down to S$7,331, compared to S$7,399 in the previous bidding exercise.

Finally, in the open category, which can be used for any types of vehicles, premiums went up by 0.52 per cent to S$41,001.
