COE prices closed mostly lower after March 4 bidding exercise

SINGAPORE — Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices closed mostly lower at the end of the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (March 4).

Premiums for small cars (up to 1,600cc & 97kW) went down by 0.91 per cent to S$32,699.

Large cars (above 1,600cc or 97kW) saw premiums go down from S$32,889 in the previous bidding exercise to S$32,801.

Meanwhile, goods vehicles and buses saw COE prices go down by 3.2 per cent to S$24,202.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went up to S$4,310, compared to S$4,309 in the previous bidding exercise.

Finally, in the open category, which can be used for any types of vehicles, premiums went down by 2.41 per cent to S$32,500.
