As Singapore’s population ages, a whole range of positions are available including nurses, other allied health professionals (including occupational therapists, diagnostic radiographers and medical social workers) and supporting roles. Salaries range from S$2,200 to over S$5,600.

Job description: Perform as a principal nurse in handling, coordinating and delivering patient care. Participate in clinical improvement activities.

Occupational Therapist

Salary: S$3,120 to S$3,600

Job description: Assess clients and develop clinical diagnoses using appropriate assessment techniques, outcome measures and clinical reasoning. Plan, develop and execute appropriate treatment plans.

Diagnostic Radiographer

Salary: S$3,100 to S$5,600

Job description: Perform general radiography independently to produce diagnostic images with demonstration of excellent patient service orientation.
