SINGAPORE — An study released on Friday (June 3) explores “what it truly means” to be Malaysian or Singaporean.
The online study surveyed 1,059 Malaysians and 1,050 Singaporeans on their beliefs and values. It was jointly conducted by Ipsos, a market research group, and SSI, which provides data solutions and technology for survey research.
It covered all demographics, including gender, ethnicity, age groups, occupation and household income, said Ipsos in a release on Friday (June 3). The survey is part of a two-part feature, with the next survey to explore more nationalistic values such as respondents’ views on migration and how they feel about their country.
