Meet the Singaporean Lego collector with over 6,000 Minifigures
Singaporean Lego collector Robin Chua has over 6,000 Minifigures and runs the popular Instagram account Minifigbin.
He has been collecting for 13 years and estimates his collection is worth “between S$100,000 and S$150,000”.
His collection spans themes ranging from Marvel and Disney characters to Harry Potter, The Lord Of The Rings, Minions and Ninjago.
The largest theme in his collection is Star Wars, which include rare pieces such as a chrome C-3PO and a chrome Stormtrooper.
His interest in Lego was reignited in 2012 when his wife and “enabler”, Cynthia, gifted him a Lego advent calendar.
In September 2022, the couple had a rare change to visit Lego’s HQ in Billund, Denmark, where they met lead Lego designer Jamie Beard.
