4 golf courses to make way for other developments as leases expire by 2035
Four golf courses in Singapore are set to make way for other developments, as their leases expire by 2035. But there is reprieve for two others, which will have their leases extended. Another two private courses will be combined and reallocated with public golfing facilities. Authorities say the closures come as demand for housing and other uses increases over time. Jeraldine Yap reports.
