Amy Khor on EV Early Adoption Incentive
Adoption of electric vehicles (EV) has been increasing, with around a third of new car registrations last year being electric cars, said Senior Minister of State for Transport Amy Khor in parliament on Monday (Mar 3). In reply to an MP’s question, she said that the Ministry of Transport will review the EV Early Adoption Incentive (EEAI) later this year, taking into consideration factors such as the EV adoption rate and upfront cost differences.
