Amy Khor on plans for seats in long underground tunnels in MRT stations
Seats have been installed in some longer underground walkways of MRT stations, such as Marine Terrace, Beauty World and Bukit Panjang. The upcoming Jurong Region Line and Cross Island Line will have seats on their longer walkways, both above and underground. Senior Minister of State for Transport Amy Khor said this in reply to an MP’s question in Parliament on Wednesday (Feb 5).
