Analysts expect a generous Budget, comprising special handouts and rebates, along with help to defray cost of living concerns. This year's Budget is set to be a significant one, tackling both short- and long-term challenges. Singapore's Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will deliver the Budget in parliament tomorrow afternoon. It's his first Budget as prime minister, and also the last one for the current term of government before the General Election is held by November. Richa Mathew reports.
