ASEAN Summit concludes in Kuala Lumpur after three days with a restatement of commitment to the grouping’s centrality. It ended on a deal-making high, with an expanded Free Trade Agreement inked with Beijing. But outgoing chair, Malaysia, noted that success cannot be measured in deals alone.
