Philippines hit by strong aftershock, tsunami warning after 7.4-magnitude quake
The Philippines has been hit with another strong aftershock, hours after a 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck on Oct 10 morning. The 6.9-magnitude tremor triggered a fresh tsunami alert hours after the initial warning was lifted. It is the largest of at least 300 recorded so far.
The quake left six people dead and was felt as far as Indonesia's North Sulawesi. Richard J Gordon, Chairman and CEO of the Philippine Red Cross, discusses the situation on the ground.
