India's transition to clean energy in focus as the country's flagship energy conference continues in Goa. India is largely dependent on fossil fuel imports and it is looking to clean energy to help bring down costs and reduce its carbon footprint. The government aims to almost double India's non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030. But analysts and industry insiders say there's a great deal of work ahead to put in place the finance and infrastructure to keep plans on track.
