BCA to publish updated building code with requirements for nursing rooms
The Building and Construction Authority will publish an updated building code, with requirements for nursing rooms, by the second quarter of this year. It lays out how many lactation rooms a building should have, as well as how they should be equipped. The updated code will also include other features to make buildings accessible and inclusive to other users, such as those with disabilities. Jeraldine Yap reports.
