Biden expresses regret for delay in aid for Ukraine

US President Joe Biden has expressed regret to his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy for the delay in approving the latest aid package to Kyiv. He blamed some of his conservative colleagues in Congress for the holdup. Mr Biden said Washington is "not going to walk away" from supporting Ukraine to fend off the Russian invasion. The two leaders met for talks in the French capital as D-Day memorial events take place in the country.
