The measures laid out in Budget 2021 will give Singapore the strength to survive and pivot to seize the opportunities of the future, said MP Shawn Huang in Parliament on Wednesday (Feb 24). He said even more support will be needed to ensure that Singaporeans quickly acquire skills that are relevant and deep amid fast-moving and dramatic shifts in the global economy, brought on by developments such as big data and artificial intelligence.
